Using the Services
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the free tools at tools.wondernudge.in and the wider WonderNudge website (the "Services"), operated by WonderNudge ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The tools are free and need no account. You agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy rights;
- disrupt, overload, probe or try to gain unauthorised access to the Services or our servers;
- use bots or scrapers at a volume that harms performance, or bypass rate limits;
- use the YouTube tools in a way that violates the YouTube Terms of Service, or reuse content you have no right to use;
- submit malicious code or content intended to harm others.
Your content
Text, files and other material you enter into a tool are yours. Most tools process it locally in your browser. You are responsible for having the right to use it. We claim no ownership of your content.
Our content and intellectual property
The design, text, code, logos and branding of the Services belong to WonderNudge or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without written permission, except for normal personal use of the tools and their output. Third-party names and trademarks, including YouTube and Google, belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with them.
Accuracy and no professional advice
Tools and calculators give automated results and estimates. They are not financial, tax, legal, medical or other professional advice. See our Disclaimer.
Advertising and third-party services
The Services display advertising, including Google AdSense, and use third-party services such as hosting and the YouTube Data API. These are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party ads, sites or services. See our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool or part of the Services at any time without notice. We try to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderNudge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Misuse and termination
You are responsible for claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law. We may restrict or block access for anyone who breaches these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live, the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision; continued use after a change means you accept it.
